My goal is to hold space to help you achieve your goals for Birth, Growth and or health. Birth work is Spiritual and Sacred. I hope to help families to prepare not only physically but spiritually and emotionally for the journey ahead. I have been fortunate to be able to serve for more than 15 years as a Doula and 30 as a Massage Therapist. I believe in honoring both Culture and Religion.
